  Spoke to Paul about building a home. Within a day of our appointment I received 2 calls, which I missed as I was busy at work, so he sent 2 SMS and 1 email within the space of two hours. He was an absolute pest/stalker. When I told him that he was harassing me, his told me “it’s just the quality of service we provide”. I chose not to build with them. Lucky I didn’t.

  AKA Paul Averte - LJH built our holiday home on Philip Island back in 2016. We were delighted with LJH's build quality and attention to detail. Their onsite project manager was attentive and responded very diligently to all of our additional requests. The building process was looked after entirely by LJH and the the whole build project when through seamlessly. The entire building process was totally stress free as LJH dealt with all the building logistics and issues. We were extremely pleased with the final outcome and the house is beautiful. Now we enjoy a beautiful holiday home and the ongoing support and service from LJH is invaluable. Thanks to Paul and Sam and everyone at LHJ.

  We tentatively looked at a build with Langford Jones 10 years ago on a vacant block where they had put up their signs before we even approached them . Found the son of the owner to be hopeless -very slow response times and appeared almost illiterate in email communication. We eventually contacted the owner of the company Bruce who was very accomodating but appeared in semi retirement . We just didn't have the confidence to proceed without him steering the company and our build and based on the horror stories that i'm now reading - we dodged a major bullet

  Have to say we are delighted with our beautiful Langford Jones home! We have been in it for 12 months and are now thinking of downsizing.... needless to say, our FIRST PORT OF CALL has been Paul and the team. We look forward to another amazing experience and wonderful home!
